Co-Owner & CEO
Health Care Concierge was founded in 2007. My role as a nurse executive at Ohio Health gave me immense opportunities for advancing my skill set. Process excellence Six Sigma was one of those I have developed my company based on the integrity and the Pex model of management .We have three service lines. Our independent community concierge program. Our private in home care program and A Place To Call My Home. We have three gracious homes that specialize in memory care in Beechwold, Worthington and Dublin. We are proud to say that we have created 40 jobs in central Ohio.


Mark MooreMark Moore
Co-Owner & CEO 
Mark spent most of his 25+ year career working in the emergency room with his primary role of managing the orthopedic area, working with hip fractures and traumas. Mark helped build a company along side Tim that was based on integrity, value, and trust.


Mike FerrettiMike Ferretti LPN
Nurse Advocate
As Nurse Advocate, Mike oversees the well being of all of our residents in which he does weekly assessments. He is the link into the daily health and welfare of your loved one. Mike has 20 years of nursing experience with military credentials as a behavioral science specialist. He was certified by Mount Carmel Medical Center as a Wound Ostomy Nurse Facilitator. In the past he also worked at Ohio State University in the department of Internal Medicine in Nephrology and Dermatology. Mike has been with us over six years.


Ronda WolfeRonda Wolfe
HR & Scheduling Coordinator 
Ronda has been with us since 2007 and oversees all our  scheduling, human resources, billing, and much more. She started with our company as a home health aide and worked her way up into management. She is a vital part of our staff and works very hard to make sure no shift goes uncovered. 


Tricia LewandowskiTricia Lewandowski

Executive Administrator 
Tricia has been with us since May 2008. She has a degree in business office applications and is a integral part of our staff. She manages the office including all of our billing department and has everything running smoothly while working diligently to make things more efficient. Tricia keeps all lines of business in the company organized and works closely with the owners to improve operations on a regular basis including human resources.
