Tim MillsTim Mills RN, BS, HCA
Co-Owner & CEO
Health Care Concierge was founded in 2007. My role as a nurse executive at Ohio Health gave me immense opportunities for advancing my skill set. Process excellence Six Sigma was one of those I have developed my company based on the integrity and the Pex model of management .We have three service lines. Our independent community concierge program. Our private in home care program and A Place To Call My Home. We have three gracious homes that specialize in memory care in Beechwold, Worthington and Dublin. We are proud to say that we have created 40 jobs in central Ohio.


Mark Moore
Co-Owner & CEO
Tim Mills RN and Mark Moore began their careers working with seniors during high school in 1976 at Arlington Court Nursing Home. Upon graduation they both took new positions at the Riverside Hospital. Mark spent most of his 25+ year career working in the emergency room with his primary role of managing the orthopedic area, working with hip fractures and traumas. By 2007 Tim and Mark were eligible for retirement. They worked day and night to create what they felt is an agency based on integrity, value, and trust. 


Ronda Wolfe
HR/Scheduling Coordinator
Ronda has been with us since 2007 and oversees all our  scheduling, human resources, billing, and much more. She started with our company as a home health aide and worked her way up into management. She is a vital part of our staff and works very hard to make sure no shift goes uncovered.


Tricia Lewandowski
Office Administrator
Tricia has been with us since May 2008. She has a degree in business office applications and is a integral part of our staff. She manages the office including all of our billing department and has everything running smoothly while working diligently to make things more efficient. Tricia keeps all lines of business in the company organized and works closely with the owners to improve operations on a regular basis including human resources.


Rhonda Koehler
Crandall House Manager
Rhonda joined our Management Team September of 2013 and has become a wonderful link to our residents' families.



Charma McElvene
Eason House Manager
Charma originally started as a Resident Care Assistant at Avery House June 2016 and recently joined the Management Team at Eason House.
