Memory Care Facility located in Worthigton Ohio; serving Clintonville, Polaris, Powell, Lewis Center, and Central Ohio. Crandall House is a private residence that has become the home to five individuals with the need for memory care, it opened December 2012. This home is our second Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Facility and was developed after having three years of experience opening and developing our first home. This residence has great front and rear outdoor spaces. The interior is bright and beautiful with great views of the wild life that pass through the property. With help from our families and residents we have created another place where the care is exquisite, the house is immaculate and the comfort and satisfaction of our residents and families is our top priority.
24 Hour Personal Care Individualized for Each Resident and Their Family - Our goal is to provide optimal sense of home. The information gained from our social and health assessments ensure that no detail is left unturned. Things we may take for granted such as the names of children, favorite foods or activities are part of the staffs training with each new resident.
